Morgan Culver
CE Director
Morgan Culver is the CE Director for CE Synergy. Morgan is responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing continuing education (CE) programs for the company and managing all CE employees and activities. She works collaboratively with programming partners and the CE Synergy team to ensure educational programs are scientifically rigorous, engaging, and innovative in their delivery.
Morgan has been with CE Synergy since January 2021 and brings over 10 years of clinical practice and academic experience to the team. Most recently, she served as a clinical pharmacy specialist in acute care malignant hematology at VCU Health in Richmond, VA. Prior to that she was an assistant professor at Notre Dame of Maryland University with a practice site in pediatric hematology/oncology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. During her time in clinical practice, Morgan was a clinical preceptor to over 50 students, several PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents, and many medical interns, residents, and fellows. She has served as the principle investigator for numerous research projects, published in various journals and a textbook, and presented her research nationally. While in an academic position, Morgan coordinated multiple courses, developed and delivered didactic and lab-based content for over 40 topics, and served on varying committees within the School and University.
Morgan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wingate University School of Pharmacy and completed both her PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 oncology pharmacy residency at VCU Health. She is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) and has been an active member of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA), including service on the Publications and Research Abstract Review committees. Notably, she was honored with the VCU Health System/VCU School of Medicine Faculty Excellence in Teaching by a Non-Physician Educator Award in 2016.
