Peak Exchange Reverse Expo
The Peak Exchange Reverse Expo is a cost- and time-efficient way for members of the pharmaceutical industry to meet with Pharmacy Administration and Leadership participants (PAL) and Clinical Thought Leaders (CTL) who can offer information, insights, and perspectives about their organizations while learning about new developments and available resources for oncology products.
During these sessions, members of the pharmaceutical industry can present information about their products and ask questions about the PAL/CTL organization. The PAL participants provide feedback and information about their organizations, including their organizational structure and their policies and procedures regarding, among other things: oncology reimbursement, pharmaceutical contracting and negotiation, formulary management, pharmacy management, and cancer care delivery services. The CTLs can provide detailed insight into their organizations and therapeutic areas of practice, including, among other things: front-line experiences, treatment barriers and best practices, pathway and formulary management, and therapy decision-making practices.
Two formats are available to cater to your company’s needs — virtual and live. Please see below for more details on each of these event formats.
Live Peak Exchange
Format
Mini meetings will be conducted at numbered tables stationed around a conference room. PAL/CTLs and members of the pharmaceutical industry will meet face-to-face for about 6 to 7 minutes during each speed networking meeting, and then rotate giving each company the opportunity to meet with up to 13 PAL/CTLs per session. For compliance purposes, the PAL/CTLs will be different for each session (ie, a PAL/CTL cannot participate in more than one session).
During these events, participants will have the opportunity to exchange business cards and quickly discuss their products/services, making their investment more cost-effective and productive for furthering the discussions offline! Up to 4 participants are covered under each registration.

Virtual Peak Exchange
Format
Members of the pharmaceutical industry will meet with PAL/CTLs from across the nation on Zoom™ Business for 15 minutes during each “speed networking” style meeting giving each company the opportunity to connect with up to 15-20 PAL/CTLs per virtual expo. Each virtual breakout room will include the selected PAL/CTL participant and the designated representative(s) from each company (up to 2 permitted in each meeting) from the registered list of participants.
During this event, participants will have the opportunity to exchange contact information and discuss their products/services, making their investment more cost-effective and productive for furthering the discussions offline! Up to 6 participants are covered under each registration.
If members of your company cannot meet together due to compliance rules (eg, medical affairs & sales) and are interested in participating in the same virtual Peak Exchange event, we can help to manage your meeting schedules to keep these participants separate.

July 9-11, 2025 | Salt Lake City, UT- Platinum and Gold level sponsors will receive access to the Peak Exchange as a benefit of sponsorship, with Platinum receiving two sessions and Gold sponsors receiving one session. A rep from CE Synergy will be sending Platinum & Gold sponsors a separate registration form. One registration includes up to 4 people that may represent the pharmaceutical company.
Live Peak Exchange at HOPCON - Northeast
October 17-18, 2025 | Waltham, MA- Platinum sponsors will receive access to the Peak Exchange as a benefit of sponsorship, receiving one session. A rep from CE Synergy will be sending Platinum sponsors a separate registration form. One registration includes up to 4 people that may represent the pharmaceutical company.
